I deposited 20 Euros in betclick to play poker and now i´m trying to withdraw thru Moneybookers (i deposited thru the same method).

Well, my transaction is still pending and it has been 10 days since i requested it. The site is not alowed for americans, but i just wanted to alert everybody about it.

I play on Fulltilt, Party Poker, Stars, Ongame, Everest and Swank and i never had this kind of trouble before.

Have you tried to contact them?

3 times!!!! They dont answer my emails, and the live chat guy said he cant help me!

They probably sent you an email, but I doubt you cant figure out how to find it.

I love how all these threads has some assclown yelling and cursing at support, yet the site is the one with the problem.

I'm not sure why I don't feel any sympathy for you. You handled this so incredibly well.

Well, the reason i´m telling it here is so that anybody else gets screwed there.

I work for Betclick and the thing is that when we received his withdrawal request for said sum we decided to entice him with a counter offer. We offered to reimbuse him in sweets and he accepted. So we sent him the amount of lollipops that can be acquired with said sum (2) and now he is emailing us and swearing everyday that he still hasn't gotten them, but our records show that he ate the lollipops.

They are already packing and gonna close down the business so they can run away with 18 Euros.
