Best site for a european?

Hi, I'm currently on stars but cant help but feel im missing out on better deals as im from UK and can join any site i choose.
Im getting into omaha and mainly play that. Also have $300 sitting in neteller and $150 in stars that i might withdraw if any one can recommend a really soft site with decent bonus's and possibly rakeback.
