i'm playing sng's on Stanjames through your site.
Since they are downgraded to 4 tables every time i register on 5th, in order not to wait for new table when i finish one, and if 5th table is about to open and 4 tables are running i get standard message "we are unable to open table for you" but i don't get the refund for sng i couldn't play!!!
I mean this is really outrages, plain thievery i have solid amount taken from my account until i realized this since im not checking cashier all the time.
I want your help to get my money back!

They are going to run a $40,000 Hands race from what i understand so players of all caliber will be able to compete.

Details as follows


The Raked Hands Race is divided into 2 stake ranges:

- A €17,500 prize pool for play on cash games stakes of €0.10/€0.20, €0.20/€0.40 and €0.25/€0.50.
- A €22,500 prize pool for play on cash games stakes of €0.50/€1 and above.

You will get 1 point in the leader board for every raked hand you play during February. On top of that, the points you earn during the weekends will earn you more than 1 point:

o Weekend 1 (2-3 Feb): 1,5 points per raked hand
o Weekend 2 (9-10 Feb): 2 points per raked hand
o Weekend 3 (16-17 Feb): 1,5 points per raked hand
o Weekend 4 (23-24 Feb): 2 points per raked hand

Im looking to set up my rakeback for Lock poker. I have an account already on Lock. I was reading through your site, which said i need to uninstall everything and basically start from scratch. Thats fine, I understand all that. My question is about my current balance in Lock poker. I would have to clear that out or lose it, correct? Since I will have to create a whole new setup from the beginning.

Could you tell me in your opinion which Ipoker deal would give best value over next 2 months if I were to rake 12k dollars.

Im currently on your old WH deal but WH's appalling customer service makes me want to drop them. I have an old Betfair grandfathered deal, and am looking at Gala deal.

I'm honestly not sure anyone at Gala understands that system. I don't understand if the multiplier for VIP level happens once a month or happens constantly to every status point you earn.

Good thing about Gala at the moment is that they are an incredibly well trusted brand. Been going for 22 Years in the UK and part of the Gala Coral Group.

They mystery VIP program (they all are on iPoker ) pays up to 40% at your sort of levels...you get a bonus which clears at 28% in total and you can get a 25% WSOP package on top of all the other promos they run. Means that while you were raking your $12k youd be picking up about 80-90% once the bonus has run out.

I have an old Full Tilt Poker account linked to my RTR account, and I am just wondering if the original rakeback deal still applies from several years ago.
