All I would like to see is some type of bread crumb trail verifying what is being paid and how - if any payments are even being made. It would also be advisable to at least send a quick note out stating you are still looking into something, rather than to go weeks without any further notification, until I again send another email.

In reading your forum prior to contacting you folks, I was aware the possibility of waiting a month or two for the account to work it's way through the system might need to happen, which I allowed it to. After a few months I decided it was time to begin investigating this and was allowed to be in the dark for weeks.

Sorry to have x-posted for information from others, since I haven't been quite satisfied for the vague answers and continued replies of looking into it. My bad...

I've checked your account. Indeed a bonus was paid on the first of this month, at which time we sent an email to you advising that the bonus was paid - you should also have received a "pop-up" in the poker client advising the bonus was paid. This is the same way it will be done on the first day of each month, providing you play the month prior - no playthrough is required on these bonuses.

You can view this bonus in your history. Just visit the "Player Admin" (click the link at the bottom of the poker client) and then proceed to the "Ledger History" it's located here (login required ofc) and select the date January 1, 2012 and you will see the bonus which was added to your account.

Is it just me or did the structure of the Rake Race for Cake change. I could've sworn that the blinds went up faster or maybe a couple of levels were taken out. And it seemed also that the prize structure was tweaked a bit as well.

Any thought to adding a few levels on the Minted Poker rake chace?

It goes from 100>500>750>1000 which is a nice distribution.

But then it jumps in 1k increments from 1k to 4k. Pushing to get that next $1k milestone is very difficult on a site with an 8 table max.

I'm thinking a good compromise would be adding 1250>1500>1750 levels, and a 2500 level after that. There are probably a lot of people who would put in a little more volume to reach that next milestone in between 1k and 2k.
