Quick question: what's the benefit of linking Unibet & Bwin accounts? My wife had them linked and played some last summer but never got any rakeback and when she logged in today it states next to both Unibet & Bwin 0% ? While https://www.raketherake.com/poker/unibet states upto 80% rakeback?

They say 0% because it is impossible for us to say what actual percentage people are on because the rooms' VIP programs vary so much (some are based on weekly rake) and the only reports we get are month to date.

I'm sharing this issue to the public because RakeTheRake has gone radio silence on the issue for over 2 weeks now for something that should have been paid a month ago.

I signed up for GGPoker thru RakeTheRake. Paid a lot of rake and got 12th place in February's rakerace (which is the only benefit for signing up with RakeTheRake - a bad deal to begin with)

I still have not been paid. I have sent multiple inquiries but RakeTheRake has not followed up for over 2 weeks now, for something that should have been paid a month ago.

If there is a RakeTheRake rep seeing this, this is your chance to resolve the issue, so we can put this behind us and move on.

I registered because I have the same issue and I'm starting to wonder what is going on. I finished 6th on the same race for 750$ that I should have received on my William Hill account by midmarch. I also don't have any news from support since 2 weeks and the weird thing is that I received today my winnings for the race of march on my WH account, it's like they just skipped a month...

RakeTheRake has resolved the issue. Yay!

And we did have issues. Really sorry but we think...having just spent the last 15 hours on email..and tickets...that we are up to speed.

Problem solved for me as well, raketherake fixed it professionally.
Took some more time because William Hill support seems to have trouble with reading transactions history (not the first time I notice that)...
