My Story:

I just started to play in Carbon Poker and I even won one tournament after that I made withdraw and they asked documents. I played more and send documents for them and when I was playing I was kicked out game and could not log in anymore. I sent all the documents to Carbon Poker and started to ask, when I can get in again. They gave me this response:

Our management team have reviewed your account and have deemed that it will remain inactive. If you open any new accounts they will also be closed.

As per our house rules, management reserves the right to revoke the agreement between the user and our site.

Management decision is final and no further correspondence will be entertained on this matter.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this matter may have caused you. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated. We are always here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any additional questions in relation to this or any other matter. Your reference ID for this email is XXX; please quote this number in any further communication on this subject."

Now I do not get any response and if I try to ask reason for this ban from chat they just gives this same email. I am totally confused what is going on. I do not get any response for my ban. What Can I do?

NO and even can not talk with anybody.

Surely they have to give a reason for banning you?

And taking the money you won...

Only the email what I copied nothing else.

Not to derail, but how are the waters at Carbon Poker? Is it a US friendly site?

That is pretty obvious.

Sites don't ban people without a reason. They want us to stay and make money for them for as long as possible.

It seems that the OP did something pretty wrong to get banned.

Ok, I'm guessing either under-age, or fraudulent cards. You don't get banned by 2 separate pokersites like this.

I am 35 years old and not banned from other site. The only information what I have get is that emailed what I copied here.

You should post this in the internet poker forum

or better yet, i'll ship it there.
