Avoid ACR - Stole 6 with no warning Avoid ACR - Stole 6 with no warning

I feel incredibly safe having any amount of money on ACR. Why? Because I know that I'm not doing anything that in any way is harming another player or could be construed as cheating. Also its very difficult to tell someone who is in the top 10 in volume for mtts each year that they have problems like you described. I can remember when they did have those issues, and it was super annoying and tilting, but I couldnt tell you the last month I had a sesh I d/c'd its been so long. So no way this is entirely on their end and you just got the bad luck of being selected as the perma-d/c'er.

Why havent you posted your name?? That would have been in my initial post if I ever found myself in this situation that I knew to be complete bs

The d/c to cash thing doesnt happen a ton at higher buyins, or im just very oblivious. But it clearly happens at some stake level as many legit posters have posted saying that its gotten out of hand and theyre glad theyre banning ppl who do it.

You havent posted one thing to support your case other than you have a very bad computer for online poker. Ive never seen the black screen thing and especially not full screen. and I without a doubt play more mtts than you do. And I play multiple sites and have no problems with d/c at least not like youre describing. I guess when I 'd/c' it will randomly happen and kinda reset the table, but this also hasnt happened for awhile at least not in a way that harmed me.

I didn't realize "shill" had that magnitude of a negative connotation. I was using it with the meaning of a representative from a site, or someone who profits from it by advertising. Similar to how all MLM "consultants" are shills.

Say "weren't they" but with an accusatory tone and not with a matter-of-fact tone.

No way any tournament regs are going to remember me, as I am literally just a dad with a full time job who played like 3-5 tournaments a day, tops. I didn't come right out and post my name because I was still holding out hope that ACR would come to their senses, and I didn't want them finding me talking crap about them. I recently wrote a nice email asking Marcos to reconsider, including some helpful information I learned in this thread and others, and have been ignored. So, at this point, they can go **** themselves and I hope the company goes belly up. They STOLE my money and prevented me from making more money. I am going to continue on my quest to share as much of this as possible across all platforms. An anti-shill, if you will.

I used to post here years ago, so I came here first. Thanks to those that chimed in with support. I plan to go make an account at CardsChat, PocketFives, and more and sharing this issue with everyone I can. I am amazed at how accusatory the tone has been from some of you. In before the lot of you say "ZOMG I know that username, he's scum."

Well, I for one wish you good fortune with that!

Nope. Your name is not one of the cadre of late crashing stalling disconnect grime.

As I said at first, if you dont manually disconnect you should get your money back.

Marcos is not the easiest to reach/get a response. You might try hitting up Phil on twitter. Phil can/will shrug and ignore if you go directly at him or aggressive/threatening. Be contrite, apologetic, etc...and might get his attention. The goal is getting your money back and that is the best way to approach him. Good luck.

As disappointed and mad as I am at not being able to play, clearing my name does make me feel a little better.

I tried Phil on day 1 and never heard back. I was not hostile at all. At that point, I was more confused than anything. I had never used Twitter, so he probably saw a new account with no followers and just ignored me.

I also tried sending a message directly to Jeff Boski and he never answered. He's a guy I've followed since he first started vlogging. I mentioned that and said I'd owe him a Hundred Min Din' the next time I'm in Vegas. Nothing.

Thanks for the well wishes. At this point, I'm just mentally exhausted by it all. I will never forget what this company did, and I will certainly make sure it turns into a -EV decision for them in the long run.

Thanks for the link. I referenced that post and what I learned in this thread in one last cordial email to them. They never responded.
