After receiving some feedback about there not being enough promotions/perks for VIPs, the LuckyAcePoker team have devised a new rake sprint in September which is exclusive to VIP members.

Every week in September, there will be a VIP rake sprint. There will be a qualifying period in which you need to accumulate 300 status points, which will give you entry to each week's race. The race period begins and the player with the most accumulated Status Points at the end of the race period takes first prize.

1st Place: $750 bonus
2nd Place: $250 bonus
3rd Place: $150 bonus
4th Place: $100 bonus
5th Place: $50 bonus

i dont think many people will bother being zombies for 750 dollars.

most people will play their normal volume and be surprised they've won 100 bucks

How that Gini2a player could collect twice the amount of points of me in the second place? I've never seem him at cash tables. Is the rake generated that much faster in tournaments?

I have a problem with the client (5.8). Sometimes while I play I get a message saying "poker has stopped working, windows looks for a solution to the problem" It takes some time before a new message says "A problem made the program stop working as it should. The program will be closed and you will get a message if a solution is available".

Note: The text was in Norwegian.

Have anyone had or have the same problem? Now I cannot log in without being kicked out. Yesterday it worked again after a while, after I had been kicked out of my tables or something.

If anyone could help it would be really nice.

Hi,

I am not familiar with this problem. It sounds like the client is crashing but I am unable to replicate the error on my machine. Can you give some more details, such as how many tables you are playing, are you using tracking software, is there something processor intensive running in the background, etc?

My nickname on LA is Donkssauro

It has been 15 days that i order two cashouts on LA and I didn´t get the money yet.

I think it´s a shame that I´m still waiting for that.

I already talked twice on the live chat and they said that it would be done. But untill now, nobody did anything about it.

I really hope that you can resolve this very soon.

Luckyama, I got the problem after trying new software and then go back again. I think its something about my machine. When i first log on windows i get the same error message about Internet Explorer.

However, I did system restore for 10 days back or so and now I can play the client without being kicked out. All good now, thanks for reply anyway.

This was a network decision, Here is their official text:

"As of today all high stakes ($5/$10 and above) NLH and PLO heads-up tables have been removed.

The reasons for this are two-fold :

- We believe this change will prolong the "life span" of players at the site, enabling them to play for a greater amount of time in more balanced games.

- It should also lead to a greater amount of 6-max and full ring tables at high stakes.

Though this is obviously unfortunate the decision was made at a network level and we are bound by their rules.

Hi,
I'm using the new version of the software and it kicks me off the tables suddenly after 20-30 minutes of play. Do you know why does that happen?
Or can you PM me a link to download previous versions of the software?

Hi Luckyama

I have been with La for 5 months now and have been cashing out on a regular basis. On Monday morning they suspended my account for document checks which i sent in straight away. Here we are now wed afternoon and im still getting the old " I will be responding very promptly with an update " routine. I usually play till about 5pm so have lost 3 days profit because of this.
I was just wondering if this is normal practice from LA and if you can do anything to help spped this process up?
