I downloaded it about a month ago and there was literally 20 people online, no mtts would start due to lack of entries, and there was 1 .1/.2 cent nl table going lol

No, I haven't gotten paid. They've just asked me for my SWIFT code because "currently the Network is facing certain issues with the Merchant Account’s and it may be time consuming," but considering the way things have developed, I'm not sure I want to give them that information. I just don't trust them.

Scam site I have spoken to other people who have had the same problem as you. I am surprised they are still operating based on the ghost town that is their site. Good luck getting a rep coming on here have to chuckle at that one.

If the SWIFT code is the one that banks use, if I were you I would give out the SWIFT code - it's just an international bank, branch account identifier

I suspect they want this to ensure the funds aren't being sent to a US bank account - might give them the excuse that too risky to send

Funny how you both each have 2 and 6 posts to your name... why should anybody believe you? I've been waiting for my $180 for 2 months now.

A lot of you will know that although this is my first post I would not be making it unless I thought it a serious matter.

My self and other players are unable to get our cash from betsharks, the site is now more or less completely devoid of players and when you click on a tournament you get a message saying they are no longer available.

They say i have to...wait here is the email....

Email 1.

Dear Christopher,

We realize and understand your concern regarding the status of your payout and we thank you for your patience.

We would like to inform you of the grounds for the delay of your payout.

Deposit and payouts are not processed by BetSharks and are solely done by the Network. BetSharks has been on continuous talks with the Network regarding the quick and prompt processing of its players payouts, however this was to little avail as the Network has been facing certain issues with the Merchant Account’s.

As such to process its player’s payouts the only logical method left to BetSharks is to transact the same through wire transfer, which will be done from IMMEDIATE effect.

Hence we request you to provide us with the details of your wire transfer at your earliest so that we may promptly get back with the status of your withdrawal after the successful validation of your account details.

If you have any queries or require any further guidance then please do not hesitate to contact us at support@betsharks.com

And email 2.

Dear Christopher,

Thank you for contacting us at BetSharks Support.

To process your payout via Bank Wire , we request you to send us the following information in the given format. This is to ensure your account security and the smooth and efficient processing of your payout.

We require the following Bank details:

- Name of the Bank
- Name on the Bank Account
- The Routing Number
- The Account Number
- The SWIFT Code
- Your Address (As given to the bank)
- The Bank Address

Apart from these we would also require a legible scanned copy/clear photograph of the following documents, to verify your Account:

1. Present Address Proof [not older than 3 months]

- Utility Bill [Gas or Electricity] OR Telephone bill

2. Signed Void Check

3. Valid Bank Statement [not older than 45 days], displaying:

- Name of the Bank
- Your Name
- The Account Number
- The Bank Address

Kindly forward us these documents from the email address registered with BetSharks. We shall get back to you with further developments regarding the status of your payout after the receipt of the above stated documents and the successful validation of your Account details.

Please feel free to mail us at support@betsharks.com with any queries regarding the same.

Happy to Help!

Betsharks owes me around $8,800 currently. They have been giving me the run around for months now. They are a complete SCAM of a company and everyone should be very very weary of putting any money on this site.

Actually pretty sure he is telling the truth. Their poker client (and the all the other skins) have not connected in almost 2 weeks. They have not replied to any player emails from players in that time. The sites all now have a banner saying they are rebranding. But they need to communicate with players holding balances, like today.

I finally got them to respond to request for comment, and it appears they are migrating networks.

Nah, not at all. 2p2 barely knew of them, so certainly the DOJ would have never heard of them Pretty sure it was more of a matter of liquidity and lack of growth. It's been about 10 months now for the Atlantis Network and they could never generate traffic.

Ok, I didn't think so. That's what I +1 MrAggro's post in response to 39suited.

If the DOJ had sent the Atlantis Network a letter, it would make me pretty nervous about all other Networks considering the relatively small player pool on the Atlantis Network.

Thanks again!

Did you deposit 7k of your own money? I would like to see graphs of your winnings otherwise i have to call bs as the highest games that run are .10 .20. They did have a contest , best dressed avator for ridiculous amount. Unless you won that please tell us how you have that much of a bankroll as I am incredulous to you having won that much on this gohst town of a site.

Why would this site of all sites get a doj letter? Not even on the map I don't think.

Yes they do. Just poker and casino games, no sportsbetting. Perhaps I should have said they "did."
