I won the 5r 7.5k garuntee on Doyles Room. The next day all my cake network accounts are blocked and they are just giving me B.S. Saying someone related to my account owes them $25, someone emailed them and said my screen name was hacked yada yada. I sent them all my verification. Still giving me the run around. They say I need to have things cleared up with Cake poker. The only one that plays on the same computer is my father. They blocked his account also. So even if he did owe them $25, there is no way for him to login to pay it.

Cake poker replied to me email at first, but now they are not responding.

Seems kinda fishy that this would happen directly after a significant score....I'll flip **** if I dont get my money.

At first I couldn't even log in to my cake account. Now it is saying my credit card option is disabled. I really wouldnt be too worried about this thinking it would clear up. But its been a week and half and there has been little to no progress. I'd estimate i spend about 2 hours a day trying to work it out.

So its been a week and a half and you haven't offered them $25 to clear this mess up? I think i read it pretty clearly and they made it quite clear that you'll be blocked until its paid up... as they should. One email should fix this

The credit card option on my cake account is disabled! I cannot load money onto the site. They said the only way to pay it would be thru QuickTender, but then they said my account does not meet the requirements. Whatever the **** that means.

This is especially frustrating because I am not the person who owes the money. Should it be my problem? NO

Does anyone know of any kind of phone number for cake? Does Lee Jones ever read these boards?

They won't allow the 25 dollars to be deducted from your account to cover the owed amount?

If your CC option is disabled, have a friend transfer 25 into the negative account; make sure with support that this is okay, and your friends account won't get frozen by having an association to a bad account.

Edit- Yes Lee checks, and is a member, of these boards. I sent him a PM and he responded within a day. There is an official cake poker thread, I suggest posting there.

Do you think he did not try and pay $25 dollars to clear much more than that? Think before you post and sound like an ass.
