The personal number is your date of birth and four numbers: YYMMDD-XXXX. The third X is even for women and odd for men. The last X is a controlnumber wich is calculated from all the other numbers. Don't know what the first two XX's are, but I think they have something to do with where in Sweden you're born.

They used to be connected to your place of birth, but not anymore.

All the immigrants from Somalia, Iraq, Iran + other nice
countries made the XX-birth place disappear. It made the
system too small...

You can't open a "play money" account on Svenska Spel and it is not possible to
just look around. What I can do is provide you with pictures of the lobby and a table. These shots are taken during this morning and the total numbers of players logged in at the time was 1500. The highest stakes being played was 50/100 SEK with two players. I don't know why you would like to have an account there. The micro stakes are not easier imo compared with Pokerstars or Full Tilt and the sit n gos are imo a bit harder.
