All-in poker going bankrupt?

I am wondering if anyone else experience problems with cashouts on All-in poker. I am waiting 21 days for neteller cashout and they still saying please hold, we are doing our best to proceed your cashout. I am writing them every single day and receive the same answer.
I also asked them for details of jurisdiction where they hold licence. I was surprised when they denied to give any info where i can write my complain about this situation also they did not answer me where they hold licence.
Is it possible they going bankrupt?

Sure is is possible . especially when you are playing on a site I have never heard of before

Ah, it's on the Revolution network. A lot of sites on this network have cashout delays.
One of the educated guesses is that the network has severe liquidity troubles.
