HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I opened my ft account to play today and got a popup saying my notes file can't be read and that it has been backup and a new one created. When I checked the tables there were no notes on anyone! The stupid back up file had barely 30 lines in it ending in one that got cut in the middle. I had thousands of notes accumulated since December 2006! I don't use a hud and rely completely on notes I write manually. If it's not clear, poker is my job, so this is critical to me. Anyone knows if this can be fixed? Is there any sort of back up anywhere? This is crushing. I pledge all of you to back up your notes if you use them so you won't feel like I do right now. I would have myself but I thought they were saved server side... BAD BAD BAD judgement call. So so stupid of me. I still can't find where they are saved, I looked in Local Settings\Application Data\FullTiltPoker and in C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker but I still can't find where my single new test note was save.
