Barely anyone can get money off the site, software is real buggy, no rb. Basically don't play there until they get their **** together with withdrawals

I started to play on adjarabet (poker 3d) recently. So far I miss a couple of basic features:

1.) It seems there is no 4 color deck available.
2.) No preferred seating
3.) No check box to sit out next Big Blind

Is this correct or did miss something?


Two suggestions:
The three seconds time out alert should be at least 5 seconds. I’m constantly timing out because it’s almost impossible to act in three seconds especially when you sit on a different seat on each table.

The 2x, 3x, 5x bet buttons are awkward and pretty much useless. Why can’t you use something in the neighborhood of 50% 75% 100% pot instead (like almost any other site does)?

As far as I can tell there is no RB available neither through official or unofficial canals. I think nochachapls stated that a couple of times in this thread. There are also no player points or any rewards of any kind.

I played on dollaro, who provides the software for adjara, 6 years ago. One thing hasnt change since then and i would not have any hope that it ever will.

Wow there's SO much chipdumping going on on the higher stakes, it's insane. Do you actually have security or what? I have seen, like 15 times the past weeks, someone raising to 980 preflop, then folding to a 1000 GEL shove on the headsup tables.

Make screenshots, interesting to look at these crazy? Do not know why Microgaming limited their tables 1 * 1 .... cleaned it for a long time?

We have no issues with Skrill withdrawals at the moment, I'm looking at our account page and I see transactions flowing normally, and no complaints have been escalated to me. Whatever this issue it is something particular to your account - I'll get it looked at now and PM you.

No rakeback. Withdrawals are instant for the majority of players, but sometimes we apply a 48 hour hold when players meet criteria for extra fraud checks (I can't share those criteria).

Can you give me more detail on what you're experiencing here? It's hard to tell what's going on from that screenshot. Two players are sitting in and back out every 15 mins to avoid automatic removal? All the tables are full?

The lobby doesn't look like that most of the time, those stakes are virtually empty right now.

They refuse to leave. You have only 5 tables per stake. It's KOTH. People that don't want to play should be forced to leave like on stars, instead of being able to sit in sitout every 15 mins to avoid removal. The same people are doing this for months now. Support never replies to my complaints. It's ridiculous. Also there's a guy with literally 100 accounts that has even told me himself he has a LOT of accounts that he uses and chipdumps between them.

How can you allow this to continue to happen for months? Why aren't these people banned?

Also this guy is always joining with 20bb, playing his button. Leaves, insta joins again so he gets the button again and continues to do this forever. He always gets the button. Please fix this so the player sitting gets the button first and warn/ban this player.
