2000 is the advertised per transaction limit, but it's coded poorly so you have to submit a withdrawal of 1999. We're fixing that soon.
But we also have not been able to verify your account, which may result in a large withdrawal like that being held even once it is submitted successfully. I note your post says you sent these, but for some reason we have not received them (I just had our guys double check inboxes). Can you please resend a scan of government issued ID to
help@adjarabet.com and everything should go smoothly once we have that on file.
I think that will fix the problem, but if for some reason it doesn't, let me know. We're not experiencing any withdrawal delays so this is something specific to your account.
