Not yet, but our suppliers have reassured me this will be fixed very soon. I'll update the thread when that happens.

Did you transfer the money from poker to your main balance?
For some reason you also must have some amout of money more on the balance than you wish to cash out

I see your PM also which has a bit more info.

2000 is the advertised per transaction limit, but it's coded poorly so you have to submit a withdrawal of 1999. We're fixing that soon.

But we also have not been able to verify your account, which may result in a large withdrawal like that being held even once it is submitted successfully. I note your post says you sent these, but for some reason we have not received them (I just had our guys double check inboxes). Can you please resend a scan of government issued ID to help@adjarabet.com and everything should go smoothly once we have that on file.

I think that will fix the problem, but if for some reason it doesn't, let me know. We're not experiencing any withdrawal delays so this is something specific to your account.

^ Apologies, we do have your docs. I was looking at weeks back based on your post, it looks like we received them on Saturday. If there are no issues with them your account should be verified today, at which point your withdrawals will go through without issue.

Just saw the rake structure at adjarabet is :
GEL games: 5% on all tables. 2 GEL cap for Heads-Up tables, 5 GEL for all other tables.
Euro games: If blinds are less than €0.05/0.10, 10% up to €0.10. If blinds are €0.05/0.10 or higher, 5% up to €1 for Heads-Up tables, €3 for all other tables.


How about hands that don't reach the flop, is any rake collected in those hands?

No rake is collected without a flop. Also, we have recently reduced the cap on HU tables to 1 GEL.

Deposited 2000 GEL yesterday via skrill, never reached my account at Adjara, but are deducted form my skrill, support don't answer :/

I did a cashout of 1950 GEL on monday, was proced, did not get it on skrill. Cashouts should be instant.
Contacted support two times, they asked for a screenshot of my transaction history on skrill both times. They also said they are working on the issue.

They did have problems with skrill transactions already...

Did you two get these issues resolved?

I'm assuming so but if not definitely let me know and I'll investigate.

We had a brief technical issue with Skrill last week - we changed an IP on our end without letting them know and our gateway was suspended until we called them. That was resolved the same day and there should be no further issues.

Also I just deposited 8000GEL. The money appeared in my Main Balance. I tried to transfer it to Poker Balance but now it's gone. It's also not in my history. My poker balance says 'balance could not be loaded'.

I'd highly suggest avoiding this site, it's so ****ing weird. I hope they didn't steal my money.

At the moment we do occasionally (it's very rare, 1-2 a day from tens of thousands) lose inter-wallet transactions. A poorly written piece of code is responsible, which has already been rewritten to roll out with our new core release.

BUT, we also run a recovery script every 15 minutes to reconcile all wallet transfers, so if you are unlucky enough to run into this issue it should correct itself and funds will reappear within 15 minutes.

I'm assuming that is what happened in your case, but if I'm wrong please let me know and I'll investigate. I assure you funds never just go missing

We're still chasing our suppliers on this (and a number of roadmap items). I'm still assured it is imminent, but I can't honestly make any guarantees as Adjarabet do not control this.
