Anyone else having problems contacting/recieving withdrawls from them?
I have tried sending operations and the supervisor about 6 e-mails without any kind of response. Customer service reps told me monday that their "email is serving is down, and getting an upgrade..." How long does this usually take?
They dont have any banners or info telling the players that their emails wont be getting asnwered. Usually they respond in 24 hours.
I havent heard a word from them for almost a week now.

Their live support works, try that. But if I were you I would steer clear of these smallish networks. They said it should be fixed by the end of the week. Hopefully this is true.
Axert: we also had a big delay with the payouts for a problem with the server so the information got lost and we had to start all over again
