The RNG (random number generator) of the poker sites continues to "shuffle" the cards even after the inicial deal? (example pre-flop in holdem or omaha). the order of the next cards changes as the times passes? And if the action changes (call, raise) it affects the next cards that will appear on the flop, turn or river ?

you see a LOT o player "crying": Wow, if I just called it down I would do a straight, flush, etc. That's truth ?

Each site is different, but this is the case (no continuous shuffle) for Stars.

Well if player actions, mouse movements, system metrics etc. are part of the value used to seend the RNG then his calling would have changed things and while it is still possible that the same hand would have hit it probably wouldn't.
