I'm finished with 888, what a joke this operation is. They can't even uphold their own promotions. I bubbled the $30 tournament last week, had to call 3 times AND post on here only for them to tell me I WILL NOT BE GRANTED the buy in back. I was not even asking for the full $30, only the $20 which is the cap THEY themselves set. They shipped me the stupid 'Burst Your Bubble' ticket and told me I would not be compensated for bubbling, which does not make any sense. The promotion was not one or the other, it was both. They also tried to tell me that the bubble ticket was worth $1000...WTF?

Insanity, considering I'm probably the largest volume player on 888, averaging 10+ hours daily. I am a full time pro and have never seen customer service this incompetent from any poker site. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. They run great promotions, sure, if only they'd uphold them. I have no issue going elsewhere over the principal of this $20.

Also looks like there won't be many entrants to the 2k freeroll tonight since no one can register. I never received a redemption email and was only able to play until the 3pm one or so. 888 is beyond sloppy with running these promos. I played 3948953884949 hands and tourneys yesterday, I should have access to this 8pm freeroll....but I don't. No surprises here.

The T&Cs for the 8888 freerolls, for the Reload Challenges, state:

The “Reload Challenges” begin at 00:01 EST and needs to be completed by 23:59 EST. Tournaments or games that end after 23:59 EST will not be counted towards the completion of the “Reload Challenge”.

And you can meet the challenge by "Play in $8 of tournaments ($8 total buy-in)".

So if I'm in a $10 tournament that starts before Midnight, but ends after midnight, will I stlll get a ticket? If I'll get it a day later, that's fine, but will I get it? Limiting the challenge to a specific 24 hour period makes sense when "completing 88 raked hands", or multiple tournaments, but not for 1 tournament.

The chatbox stealing focus on your turn is really terrible and by far the most frustrating thing about this software. It makes note taking, or even chatting while on multiple tables an extreme hassle.

yeah i never got 24/7 freeroll tixs for my tue march 4 play.
i had the previous days tickets still eligible to play in the 6p 1k and 8p 2k for today march 5. but i cant play in the 1.5k or anything after.



are these freerolls running on the 6th and 7th?

i should have at least received one more 24/7 ticket email to finish out these things.
