I've been trying to cash out for over a month now, via bank transfer, and then bank draft. (Delaware.) After over 20 emails and phone calls, no one from 888 accounting has provided any information to me or the supervisor. It is 3 different bank drafts out right now, none of which have arrived and I'm thinking were never even sent in the first place.

Why does NJ have all these insane promotions, cage withdraws, and support, but Delaware has absolutely nothing?

IM having a hard time staying logged in to 888 the last 2-3 days. ill play 20minutes-2hours and then I get the we cant locate you in nj error message. I x out and try to log in again and again an again and it still gives me the error message.

I was doing ok for a couple weeks with the occasional (still unacceptable) knock off mid hand (BS) and then all of a sudden I have location verification issues that will come and go and not let me play for big chuncks of time.

at the same time I get booted using my desktop I can log in fine with my laptop.

I'm having the same "can't verify location" problem on my computer (Mac). I sent an e-mail to tech support over three days ago and haven't heard back yet. I have had mostly success playing on my iPad, but it's just not as enjoyable and some of the features you enjoy on the computer (showing hands, easy chat without going to another screen) aren't on the iPad. I'd like to keep playing on 888, especially since I've built up a nice little account over the past two weeks, but the inability to play on my Mac will eventually make me switch to another site.

When playing 888 on the iPad, does anyone know

1. when you're called on a river bet and have the winning hand, will you only see the opponents' cards if he doesn't have "auto muck" checked?

2. can't seem to find a way to show MY cards after winning a hand if I want to. On my computer the "show hand" button is right there.

1. You will only see the losing cards if he's playing on a computer (not iPad or iPhone) and he chooses to show.

2. Can't show your cards if playing on an iPad (or iPhone).

thanks a lot. that blows. i wonder why under settings on the iPad there is a checkbox for turning off automuck. doesn't make sense if it doesn't work.

and, have you ever tried typing in the chat box on an iPad. it's so slow it's like your chiseling stone!

You just answered your question. The function to show cards is supposed to be there, it just doesn't work (yet). Compared to all the other problems people seem to be having, I feel lucky with that as one of the only glitches.

I haven't found it slow, just inconvenient that it's not on the same screen. That's actually surprising since the wsop app is almost the same, except that one of the differences is there is a small chat box on the same screen and it's Di much better.

I was surprised the other sites didn't have an app when 888 and wsop had one almost right away. Even now, pp and Borg just got apps but they don't have tournaments in their apps?! Makes no sense.

I AM super happy to be playing online again. It's just that these small inconveniences seem to be easily fixed. I guess I'm just used to the old FullTilt software which worked great. And, maybe my "slow chat" problem is a slower internet connection or my 2nd generation iPad.

Guess I'll be on 888 for a while unless it gets REALLY aggravating. I deposited $100 a couple of weeks ago since they were doing their "get half back" on their tournaments, and I've built it up to $382 playing in small buy-in tournaments. And, you can't beat those nightly $10k free rolls. Picked up $40 last night.

Nice to hear you're running good - keep it up. Yeh, 888 is my go to site right now. The 10k freerolls are great. And 99% of the bonuses and promos have worked perfectly well for me, and show up by 8 am, including freeroll tickets when I meet the criteria. Of course the 1% it didn't work I tried going through customer service and they are just horrible! They, like the other sites, decided to skimp on the customer support. Lucky for them the others are just as bad from what I understand but as soon as a site gets their act in order, I think they'll clean up because I don't think sites with poor customer service can survive long term.

I totally agree. I e-mailed PartyPoker back in December with a "location" question. I'm still waiting for their reply. I love when these sites promise 48-hour response times. You get the automatic e-mail in 2 minutes, and never hear from them again.

Software bugs and problems are one thing, but I'd think hiring a few extra customer service people would be money well spent by these companies. Once the players find out which company responds and gives good service, they'll flock to that site.

Ultimate Poker seems to have very good CS.

Not sure if this has been mentioned or not but has the 10k freeroll been extended? I got another email notifying me I have two more tickets for it and they must be used by 1/12, but wasn't it supposed to end on 1/7? Are you guys going to keep it running?

The last day to get extra tickets is the 7th. The last day of the 10k freeroll is the 12th.

I just got a message saying I won the maximum at a table and I can't win anymore.

That's strange.
Can you give me some more details, were you allowed to play on or were you ejected from the table or something?
This sounds like a glitch in the software to me.
