I make my deposit realize I didn't put in the promo code, so I contact chat support and talk with Nicole L (maybe P). This is literally 10 seconds after I deposited and registered for the tourney.

She tells me it is against the terms of service to give me the bonus. I then ask if she can escalate my problem to a manager or someone in 888 and am told with complete apathy "no one is here. try again tomorrow). Nicole is horrible representative to your site. There is not an email that she could have sent someone or anything?

Big Sunday overlaid $1775. My entry alone saved you guys $200 that had to be paid to the prize pool. My deposit was only $300. This should be a no-brainer, do the right thing and honor the promo code you sent me this morning.

Anyway...if you can help me I'd appreciate it. My username is Treadlightly. 888 is my favorite of the NJ sites, but if this is not rectified...I'll be playing my next 3k-5k worth of MTT buy-ins on the other sites as a penalty. i'll also be withdrawing the other $100 from the deposit.

Crap like this is why poker is going downhill. Against the terms of service to give you the bonus? What kind of crap is this? This is the regulated poker that people want so bad.

You will or already have been contacted regarding this issue.

Thanks

First, off thanks to 888 rep for taking care of this!

Second, thanks to Dueforit and Jeff for the support.

Third, since I bashed Nicole L, I should take the time to commend 888 support rep William L who sent me a very detailed and thorough message giving me the deposit and explaining how the bonus is released (which I knew, but is still helpful for recreational players).

I'll make an extra effort to play on 888 as a result of you guys helping me with this.

Last, you guys have to fix the customer service problems in NJ. It's terrible for the game. 888rep and Colette at PP are great, but recreational players do not know 2+2 or P5's and have no way of reaching them.

The CS teams on all sites do not understand poker and frequently leave the players with issues unresolved or unsatisfactorily resolved. Its worth the investment to train these people as they can help retain players and give NJ players a chance to grow.

Again thanks for the help 888rep!

Yes, you can. I called customer service because I had the same issue you did regarding Certegy/ACH. They directed me to use PayNearMe and said I should call back after and they'd manually add the bonus. I did that and it worked. The only issue is that the max deposit for PayNearMe is $500, so if the deposit bonus is for those deposits up to $1000, you lose out on some value.

Atleast when partypoker tried the same theft procedure they refunded my money upon request, can't say the same for your site.

Stay far away from 888. A complete scam. I have been a fairly decent player and they do their best to prevent you from cashing out funds. I am dealing with staff that literally does not realize how their answers come across to people. They tried to assure me that this same "issue" is preventing them from receiving cash deposits as well but I had someone else call from casino cage at caesars and indeed, they were given the clear to deposit in their account. Their vip person assigned to me is not able to assist in any way whatsoever because their program is designed to be a one-way cash machine. Private message me for screenshots, emails and recorded conversations with their support. If you want to get your money paid out to you the way you deposit it at caesars cage, run away as fast as you can.

Waiting room, I would not play if I were you. You will have a terrible time cashing out your money. They are not being up front about it but right now, supposedly they have no way to process a cashout at the caesars cage. I dont really know if this is true or their way of getting players to keep funds on for as soon as possible. I have been told no less than 6 stories since trying to cash out, so its not possible that they can all be true..... Still waiting on money and they are claiming they need another 24 hours. Its unlikely that its legit since they can manually approve something so my advice from you is to stay away.

i've never had a problem with ACH withdraws on 888. it was always a very quick process including the initial setup. just adding some more info. not interested in defending a poker site in general. good luck!

Certainly not disputing that, I am sure they are handling those processes correctly because otherwise they would not be able to carry on this way. Netteller, and the rest of the gang would be on to them and it would be the end of the game. With regards to them providing a withdrawal at Caesars cage as advertised, there is really no precedent or code of rules that they need to abide by so they are free to make up stories as to why they cant process withdrawals. Keep in mind, they are still accepting cash at the casino cage just not able to pay it out. Sounds very shady.

I have not had a single positive experience with any of the various support "specialists" I have spoken to. Plus, the support doubles as VIP reps and probably at least one other position. Its a total joke with a bunch of clowns being fed total garbage to relay to the customers. They try to make it right by offering specific customers small bonuses but the bonuses are irrelevant if they do not let you cash out.

If I was a casino and simply not paying out the way a person deposited (cash at the cage), even though it is still listed as a withdrawal option , I would ALSO give them bonuses. Its a freeroll because these clowns are making up stories left and right as to why they cant pay out. Tech issue, it was sunday, they could not follow up because it was a different department, They are definitely looking into it and it is "guaranteed to be processed within 30 minutes (2 days ago) , We need 15 more minutes (2 days ago), We are working on it and will update you within an hour (2 days ago and yesterday).

These jokers are going to have to get their act together but its short-lived anyway. As soon as Pokerstars comes to town, its lights out at these other miserable excuses for an online poker room.

I'm not sure why you're having a problem withdrawing at Caesar's. I've done it a number of times. I was there Friday, and withdrew funds twice in the same day (you don't want to hear the bad beat story that goes with it). Takes 5 minutes, cash in hand. Never had a problem.

Thanks. I have been able to withdraw funds before one time but it took 2 days and a bunch of stories to get it. To be honest, i believe it depends on the amount although it really should not. I am already verified and the amount shot not be so relevant.

I've withdrawn at the Caesar's cage about four or five times in the past year. Takes less than five minutes and I have my cash.

$1/$2 table at Ballys. Guy raises early, a couple calls, I call with A-10o on button. Flop comes J-Q-K rainbow. Small blind shoves $117.00. Folds around to me, I call of course. He has same hand, suited. He goes runner runner to hit the nut flush. pretty painful.

I go a little on tilt with my remaining $140. I call $15 raise with A9s (yeah, bad, I was tilty). Flop is 448 2 hearts, giving me nut flush draw. Other guy bets pot ($30). I shove repping trips. Somehow he finds the call with JJ, and I brick. Not a bad beat here, of course, just continuing my misery. Not my best day lol

Really disappointed if this one is gone.

The tour I found is called $300 GNTD 2-in-1 ( has 1 cent rebuy )

This tour is still in lobby and running daily.

If this is not the tour you meant, I will need more info.
