Euro tables are capped at 5 euros, while almost all the US tables are capped at $3. If you are getting 40% rakeback the cap is actually only $1.8, which isnt bad at all i guess.

I am fairly certain that victory doesn't control their own rake structure, it's dictated by the everleaf network. So even if they wanted to offer a $.50 cap for HU player, the couldn't. But that is something the people at VP should have taken into consideration before selecting a network.

The 5 euro cap is ridiculous though.

this is incorrect according to your site.

PL or NL games with a buyin of over $200 and 5-10 players is capped at $4.
Also, on your site you guys have the betting structure for limit games under the RAKE heading, and it is very confusing.

You seem to have a bad attitude and are likely to be a douche. Give me 90% rakeback to prove me wrong.

All the sudden.

The last thing the poker community needs to do is support another $hit hole scam site. AVOID Victory Poker!!!

First off, let me express that our customer's satisfaction in our number one concern here at Victory Poker, and thank you for bringing your concern to our attention.

Our current rake structure does in fact cap the rake at all Euro tables at 5 euros. Unfortunately this amount is set the Everleaf gaming network which we are apart of, and not ourselves. I can guarantee you though that we do recognize this issue, and we are hard at working negotiating for changes with our parent network.

In the mean time, we happily offer all of our new customers an industry leading 40% rake back deal.

It should also be worth noting that the rake structure on our dollar currency tables are more inline with the rest of the other online poker sites.

If you would like more information regarding out rake structure, please visit this link: http://victorypoker.com/en.cardroom.house-rules#rake

If you have any other concerns, we encourage you to contact us either by posting in our sponsored forum here on 2+2, or email at support@victorypoker.com or you can even privately message me directly, and we will do our best to get back to you in the timeliest fashion.

Again, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
Thank you
VPChris.
i mean, seriously, Nigerian scammers have waaaay more customer service skills than y'all.

Why are people making such a big deal out of this? It's not like anyone would want to start playing at some new obscure small poker site. Besides, the problem already existed before Victory Poker kicked off on the Everleaf network. Why wasn't it a big deal before Victory Poker?
