Listening to Adam Schoenfeld on the 2+2 PokerCast, it looks like ESPN3 will also handle the WSOP final table.

Would you want someone coming up to one of your opponents at every break with a list of every hand you've played and how you've played them during the previous session?

At the UKIPT event I played in Nottingham, UK they were Piloting technology that had some kind of invisible bar code on the back of the cards that could be scanned if put on a small dot on the table, meaning Hole card cams could be a thing of the past, if there was a Ten Min delay on the hand. Can anybody see this ever occurring in medium sized events? Also it could be used at the WSOP ME on all tables very easily.

no. too insecure to have barcodes on the cards.

I'm sure my fake Rounders 2 plot had tiny barcodes on the back of the cards which Mikey was using an upsleeve scanner and transmitting the cards to Worm in his headphones...roll on my royalty fees for that patent
