Where are the best poker spots in Italy/Paris?

I am planning to travel to Italy and France (Paris).
I would like to play 2-5 or 5-10 or higher stakes and would like information on a suitable poker room.

Google may be your best friend here .. PokerDiscover.com .. showed some promise for the 30 seconds or less that I looked at it.
Looks as if poker in Italy is pretty limited, which is just the way the government wants it! Very few casinos and the poker clubs could may not accommodate tourist types.
France is interesting as most of the poker is along their coastline or the border between another country with a little sprinkled in the middle. GL
