Let's hear'em.

I'll make a start: Mike Caro goes on a lot about how a quick glance at your stack after seeing the flop means you've hit the flop. Well I've been looking at players' reactions all this time and extremely rarely do I catch anyone giving that quick glance.. so nobody must be hittin' those flops then? lol. And those who do give the quick glance often fold anyway.

That one's fairly reliable at the lower limits, esp @ 1/2

Not everyone that likes the flop is going to give "the glance".

But, a majority of the people that give "the glance" like the flop.

Follow?

I actually used this tell successfully in a poker torunament I was playing yesterday, oddly enough. I was out of a hand, and was watching this one player, and every time he saw a new card (his hole cards, the FTR), he had "the glance". It was very quick, but not being in the hand helped me pay better attention to him. I thought "Huh. I wonder if he's got the nuts."

He did.

If someone screams at the dealer the following after the river is dealt : "IDIOT WHY DO I MISS EVERY SINGLE DRAW GOD DAMN IT I'M GONNA STAB YOU IN THE BACK", usually they're weak.

Another one is that players who arrange their chips neatly are tight, while those with messy arrangement are loose. Yes, it can be true in some cases, but there are plenty of wild LAGs with neat arrangement, and whenever I'm hittin' a cold deck I make sure the chips are arranged badly so people don't think I'm a nit lol.

That tells are worth much more than the price of a friggin' six pack over the typical week of playing poker. Or that the value you get from concentrating on them is more valuable than the enjoyment of simply drinking a six pack that you paid full price for.

I haven't been playing much lately (damn economy) but I've been seeing at the lower limits that strength=strength. Showy, forceful bets actually mean big hands. Maybe these players are so bad that they don't even bother with controlling their emotions. I can't give them credit for multiple level thinking.
