turning 21 mid-september and i'm considering a trip either over christmas or next summer. a few quick questions for those who have been:

1. i'm solid at limit and experienced with MTT's, but i'm extremely inexperienced with NL cash. what online stakes will give me a good feel/good practice for lower-limit vegas NL cash games?

2. are there any tourneys i should keep an eye out for? any poker rooms to avoid?

3. i imagine the winter crowd and summer crowd are different - what time of year is preferable?

I just got back a week ago. I turned 21 about a month ago.

1. 1/2, 2/5NL games are soft, just dont go out of your way to make plays. The stakes depends on your br.

2. MGM and Venetians have nice tournies, check them out

3. Make sure you check out Spearmint Rhino. Amazing place
