strategy guide for daily tourneys

wasn't sure where this would best fit, but does anyone know of a book or online guide relating to daily tourney strategy? i guess these would be most comparable to online low buy-in turbos, with about 10 hands per blind level.
any guidance would be appreciated.

i've played in quite a few already, so i know the drill. still, i like tournament structures. just don't think i'm opening up my range enough or exploiting prime stealing opps.

Most of the daily tourneys in Tunica are outrageous rake by online standards. A typical structure might be $45 + $15 + $10 optional add-on for dealers. AFAIK that's pretty close to unbeatable. The players are pretty terrible, but I doubt they're terrible enough to make them beatable.
