Wow you seem to have a lot of commercials in the US, here we would have maybe every 15min and we often complain everytime it starts.

Here in yankworld we have commercial skip buttons.

DishNet has come up with a DVR feature called AutoHop to record programs only and not the commercials, NBC, CBS and Fox have sued (link), saying it “will ultimately destroy the advertising-supported ecosystem”.

Their demise is in front of their faces but they don't see it yet.
