To the first point, I would say not necessarily. Someone is asked to leave by security - there might not be an incident report at all. Why would there have to be? These aren't government employees (police) and they aren't taking "official (in the government sense)" action.
To the second point - what relationship? They had a relationship? What kind? For how long? How did they know each other, and was this business or pleasure - and what went wrong? Why was your buddy on tv being interviewed, if said buddy is a nobody?
There's a lot your not saying here, fishyak, and your witholding information doesn't make your case look good, IMHO.
