I believe Roy Brindley said this because of the fact that O'leary's opponent was an on line qualifier. The money would mean such a great deal to this guy so it could therefore be seen as unkind or "out of order" to 'trick' this guy into blieving he held the best hand at the time, inducing the call. IMO this is really simple: O'leary is simply doing whatever it takes to win, knowing he holds the effective nuts in this spot (top two). This guy is never folding the A10 HU on this board and would be wrong to do so when it as a real chance to win the heat for him, as O'leary would be crippled. In the end, poker is massively about making the other guy believing something that is not true, which O'leary seems to have done well. In this case though, it probably didn't make a difference, as his opponent is always calling. Hope this helps
