I was told it is because Patrik refuses to take a commercial with his shirt on.

He originally wanted him and Clonie in a scene but that didn't seem to work out. She was promised the scene but I think they said Howard agreed and then lied. I heard she took him to court.

Full Tilt wanted a commercial - Patrik wanted his shirt off and softcore porn scenes - and it was not added.

I heard Tom Dwan wanted in the middle or something....I don't remember what was said. He wanted on the bottom? Something...I forget.
