I'm working last night (dealing at the local northern cali card club) and I watched the following transpire.

This drunk guy who used to work there a couple years ago is playing and is a notorious a$s when he drinks, when he's sober he's not a bad guy. He raises and gets a call from a buddy of mine who's a donk, but he's fun to have around. The drunk guy bets the flop and my buddy thinks for a while and open folds pocket deuces and said I think you have AK but I'll let you have it. The drunk guy goes "throw me a nickel and I'll show you." So my buddy tosses him a 5er chip and the guy puts it on top of his stack and throws his hand into the muck without showing.

We ended up having to cash him out and tell him to go home because we couldn't get him to give the nickel back and we can't physically force someone to do anything with their money. The floorman gave my buddy the 5 out of his own pocket just to keep him on good terms with our place, even tho he wasn't upset, he's pretty laid back. That might be the dirtiest thing I've seen in a live game in the year I've worked there.

Yeah, that's pretty much sickening. Can't some people just get together and toss him off a freeway overpass?
