Um, Cherry MrMisty, you apparently completely misread my original post. I DO NOT put myself in situations where i need to suck out. That was my point... WTF

really, you can people please just read the original post C-A-R-E-F-U-L-L-Y before you respond with inaccuracies. Thanks!

Heading out, and I don't plan to be back on here anytime soon.

What's really spooky is that when I hand shuffle during a tournament, some players get river suck outs as well.

OMG...I'M RIGGED!!!!!!

You see Jeff, your point is insane because for the Auto-Shuffler to create river suckout, it would have to be aware of how many players are in any given hand to make sure all the right cards went to the right players. As we can safely assume that this is nigh impossible, there is no way for an auto-shuffler to do this.

To be blunt, if you are down 1000 bucks after 90 hours of play, perhaps your issue is that you aren't evaluating the odds well enough, and these suck outs aren't searly as bad as you think they are.

OK… So we’ve established that bad players have a major advantage over good players in one aspect of the game.
I reject your assumption. You have established nothing.

jeff17, I'll give you a serious answer to this.

Please do read the books by Mike Caro and David Sklansky on poker theory and the math behind it. They detail exactly why bad players suck out more, from a mathematical viewpoint.

Basically, it comes down to this:

If you are a good player, then you simply don't have as many opportunities to suck out because you are getting your money in good.

Only bad players consistently get their money in bad. Therefore, bad players will suck out more because they have more opportunities to do so. Not a conspiracy. Just bad play on their part. They also lose a lot this way, which in the long run makes the good players money.

This has nothing to do with who or what shuffles the cards.

I'm no kid, the grand kids prove that but I'm a casino employee so clearly nothing I say can add value to the argument against the OP.

OP can't be serious.
We have abs no idea what the trending for the OP is. What if 40 hours in, he was losing significantly, and 50 more hours he has grinded up to even? I don't think its perfectly linear. But who knows.
