Just fyi I am going to delete any linked pics (as opposed to embedded). For instance, URL shorteners can be used to propagate malicious programs, etc., and there's no way of knowing what you're actually clicking on. Please use a program like Photobucket or Imageshack to host your pictures and then embed them in your posts. If you have any questions on how to embed photos, please read this:

Thanks and apologies to those who have made contributions that were taken down as a result of the above.

$2126 at 5-0 PLO. The 2 green stacks are 21 high for some reason. Had flash on initially, looked like a fish who'd never had this stack in his life (actually true).

Ended up cashing out $2493 in ~4 hours.

I've often wondered about the 'etiquette' of taking the CHIPSTACK pic.
Like ^ said, he felt like a fish, but maybe that's a good thing. Also, if you say it's for 2+2, you might blow your cover and scare people when you have to tell them it's a poker forum.
I guess if I ever make a contribution to this thread I'll try to be sneaky about it..but then again I am a fish, so who cares if I look like a chump cause I'm proud of my stack. Love this thread.

I definitely got some looks when the flash went off. If it doesn't go off, no one will notice since it just looks like you're playing with your phone. I played it off as saying I don't usually take stack pics but my friend asked me how I was doing, so what better than a pic.

How long did you play? Poor players, good run of cards, both?

So in honour of procrastinating for this essay I have to write, I thought i'd post some pics from this past weekend. Back on the Heat!

This two below is from thursday at Cowboys Casino, Calgary. Ive been trying to complete the 2k Pyramid in 1/2 for 2 months now and always fall just short. Thanks to a 900 BB pot with one pair (hand below), I made it over the edge this time. In for 300, out for 2150.

(I make it 10 UTG and "usually plays higher-stakes, lost 14k in baccarat, Im broke" guy flats the small blind. There is $22 in the pot, I have AKcc. Flop comes Kh, Tc, 6c. Villain checks I bet $15, villain raises to $55, I call. Turn is 9h. Villain bets $165, I call. River is a 6d. Villain ships for $700, I have him covered, tank and call. I just don't think he ever goes for value that big on the turn with a straight and if he did he wouldn't over bet ship the river when the board pairs. He also said something to me after he c/r the flop which would be very unlikely for him to do with a set. I enjoyed the 5 minute lecture outside about how it's a bad call after the hand though )

These are from Friday. I was worried about having a bad session after a big day so I had some fun, took some weird lines, and it ended up working out. Castles are fun: in for 350 out for 1700.

Made another K on Saturday and rapped up an epic weekend . Run good 2+2

Today @2/5

Background: This morning I was scanning the forums and came across this thread for the first time. Thought to myself "I'll never have good chip porn cause I always color up after while..."

So I then said, as I was leaving for the casino: "The next time I get a good stack I won't color up, and let's see what happens."

6 hours later and...

The power of positive thought (cashed out at ~4600, in for $500.)

(This was my third $3.5k+ session of the month at 2/5. It's been a real good month.)

1k max?
Well done

500 max, actually.

this is from last week. Not as many chips, but roughly the same amount on terms of $ value. It's a good game. (Front row is 1 chip short of a full stack.)

Neither of these were marathon sessions. Under 8 hours.

And while not Chip Porn, this was from earlier in the month, when I received a table share of the BBJ (I run Good):

Think it was an 11 hour session. Definitely a combination of both poor players and run good. The 1/3 at Derby Lane is usually really soft, but the night started out really slow with a nitty table. I started playing super LAG, and got about 3 stacks to tilt off to me. After that, new players came in and the action just became crazy. I nitted up, and still got paid off big.

Ha I wish I had won the GMT. I'm no expert, but I highly doubt legitimate cardrooms allow players to bet their timepieces. I bought it with some of my winnings from a couple months before.

Nice session! I missed the '5/10' part on first read, and thought it was even sicker.

These are at 1/2 and are both from 1 BI, I think the one at Harrahs was a $200 BI and the one from Showboat was $300. I never really play over 6 hours, I gotta put in some more time
