I believe they finished with the final table last week. It would seem odd to show a full table then the heads-up, but Bart would know what order it was being done in.

I am not sure how Robl pushes with that after the big check raise, but damn, talk about lucky. I wish they would televise this for weeks. It was a great hour of television.

I thought the PLO worked very well on TV due in large part to Bart's commentary. Let's hope there's more of this in the future.

From memory, Antonious limps with 5-6-8-9 with diamonds. Robl raises with A-Q-Q-J with nut spades. The flop comes A-7-4 with two diamonds. PA checks and Robl bets. PA check raises pot and Robl pushes with nothing but top pair. They agree to run it 4 times and Robl wins all 4. Bart said there was a less than 1% chance of Robl scooping. One of the sickest hands in televised poker history. Please TV people, show more Omaha.

It was actually Patrick who opened from the cutoff, Robl 3 bets out of the SB and Patrick called. Robl made a 75% pot continuation bet and Antonius raised pot in position. Unless we had something majorly wrong with the stack sizes I just can't see any option but folding if you are Robl. I mean he has to know that Antonius is never folding to a ship and is equity is almost always going to be crushed against Patrick's raising pot range. I'm not sure if Antonius is even doing this with a dry top 2 in this spot. His range is 2 pair and a draw, a monster draw, or a set. The two queens in Robl's hand hurt his equity even more as it cuts out his aces up outs.

PA Robl hand was sickest hand ever. And Bart, great work. Best poker show commentary I have yet to hear. Really made the viewing experience more enjoyable, especially on omaha hands.

In the old days Chip Reese or somebody would be buddying up to Robl and telling him how well he played on tv and that there was an open seat for him in the big game.

I watched it right after HSP last night (both DVRd) and enjoyed the Aussie cash game much more. I thought Bart's analysis was excellent (Kaplan is enjoyable, but I prefer solid analysis to humor) and seeing PLO, which is almost all I play these days, was really great. It ended way way too soon.
