7th Street in a stud tournament and both players have had their last cards dealt face up. Ruling? (WSOP and many other venues have changed to do reshuffle for 7th dealt up but for this question room does not offer that option)

Here's the only standard I know of:
If the first player is dealt face up, all players are dealt face up and betting proceeds as normal.
If the first player is dealt face down and another player is dealt face up, that player has the choice of playing the hand out normally or being treated as all in. They can get to showdown without risking any more chips.
That was the procedure at WSOP a few years ago. I wasn't aware of any changes but I've been out of the loop.

that is the only rule i know of too. i have never heard of a room doing the reshuffle and redeal, but in theory I don't have a huge problem with it at 7th street. i'm sure you could come up with an edge case where that is harmful or helpful to someone though.
