I have money on this and drafted the field with 3 other people.

I had Chan and Lederer, who replaced them?

I understand Busquet replaced Duke and Mortensen replaced Kaplan. Can anybody give me the replacements for Chan and Lederer please? Thanks.

Farha appeared every year for the first 6 years of the tournament (2005-2010).

This is the first time he has not participated.
