I am looking for a thread that has probably already been made about good ways to deal with large downswings. I am down around 15-20BIs over the last 4 days (15-20k hands) and tilting my life away out of the game.

I was starting to get really into playing 200NL for the first time in a while and i hit a rough patch both there and at 100NL. I reviewd my stats and the major hands and feel like I am obviously running terribly, but my ge has lost it's edge a bit and I haven't played as well as I could have. I don't usually tilt too badly when i play and i am pretty good about getting out when i think i am tilting but as soon as I end a session I go on massive life tilt until i get pretty far back up.

I am gonna try to go golfing a little more and relax. I am also gonna try to switch up my game and learn sit n gos and maybe FL for a while just to regaina sense of interest in the game again. I want to play a little less and just book some wins even if i am doing well in a session. Do you guys have any good suggestions (besides withdrawing any money and spending it as i don't want to have to move down any more than I have) as to how to get back in a good maental state before getting really serious again.

thanks for your help
