Unhealthy food is an addiction. Plain and simple. I've started eating much healthier in the past few months, and in addition to all the positive benefits, healthy food starts to taste better once you get accustomed to it.

I play 1/2 and 2/4 6 max nl. I've always kind of had the health stuff in my life. Ive been into bodybuilding and working out since highschool so the last 6 or 7 years ive been trying to eat healthy. So when tried to set up a routine for poker, it just kind of fell into place.

And ofcourse i have days where i go out and just drink beer and eat whatever food i want, but those days i dont play poker
