Tilt was one of the biggest leaks in my game before BF . I would lose my mind after taking a small beat, or when I would make a terrible play. I would take a majority of my online balance and play HU cash or a sng. Bankroll Managwut? I would have to deposit often because I would chase loss after loss.

The above paragraph brings me to the reason I posted. After BF I started reading strategy more and for some reason stopped tilting. Instead of throwing my labtop against the wall I would think to myself "Is there anyway I could have played that differently?". If I couldn't justify a better play I would move on because I can only get my money in good, not control the cards coming out. The adjustment has helped my game grow and I do not have to worry about depositing anymore. It kind of makes me wonder how I ever won before, but that is what is great about the game. Short term anyone can win, long term only a select few.

I kind of want to know the psycology behind my transformaion.

What do you guys think about the subject? Is there any chance I can never tilt again? Does having a better understanding of the game help my tilt factor?

I appreciate all comments.

Playing within your bankroll is very important to avoid tilting. Also, transforming a bad play / big loss into a good lesson can also help you not to tilt / feel too bad about the game.
