I recently verified my Global and withdrew with no issues. Until my most recent withdrawal was declined because my ID is expired, and they are requesting a " valid ID ". Despite the fact I already withdrew $3k when my ID was expired at the time. I've had no issues with other poker sites like ignition or bcp requesting I get a new valid ID. Its just a strange request to ask IMO and now i have $ frozen on there for weeks-months.

after 'covid' it does take months now
