Are the names on your bank account and on your ID an exact match?

No my bank statement has my entire middle name opposed to my ID only showing my middle initial.

If you really want to be sure send an email to global support.

I did that and they copied and pasted the terms and conditions.

i mean it literally says ''write your full name as shown on your ID"

Its not that hard to logicly deduce that by 'full name' they dont mean you have to write entire middle names etc. , just full as in not less than what is shown on your ID. Like someone writing Tim Johnson when their full name on their ID is Timothy Johnson.

None of this matters if they don't credit the envelopes in general...I'm almost at 14 weeks...hahahahahaha

Like people have already told you, that is a normal wait. If you want to get around having really long gaps between credits, send a little bit each week. If you spread them out, you are likely to get some credit each time they do a round.

I don't believe it to be normal...it might be the "new normal"...that's what others have told me.

The wait at Global Poker seems too long. I have gotten credit much faster at one of Global's related casino sites. Has anyone been credited at Global lately? How long was the wait?

14 weeks and counting...lol

@caballo666...I think it's safe to say that nobody has received any credit with the lack of response...but they are all happy to argue about everything else....we just want our Sweeps Credits that are lawfully deserved...

I had 26 get approved during the last week of November. They approve everyone in batches. So, the same day I got some, is the same day that a bunch us got some. Maybe you will have luck in the next round, which we can assume will happen within the next two or three weeks.

That would be great!

Thanks for the update!

Did anyone get some envelopes approved today? My account had $30 more in it than I thought when I logged on today. No email again this time.

I was credited!!!!! A partial credit, but the answer is a confirmed, YES...!!!

It is pretty normal to get part of what you sent in one batch and get more sent in later. I have had times where I got all but one and then a few weeks later I got that one.

Just curious for those who track, for which dates did you get credited for? (ex: sent out in late Aug? or early September?)

I did not get credited today for any, and I still have some left over from August. Should I assume they're not going to credit me further? I haven't sent out any recently but have some pending from previous months.

My situation in case anyone' s curious:

1. I have been a net depositor (meaning I depo more into Global than withdraw)

2. Received first SC from mail ins in November.

3. Played poker almost everyday from 10nl - 100nl (mostly in between) multitabling

4. Withdrew some recently, but it was all profit and I left the credits from mail in + more in balance to play with. Maybe the issue is that I withdrew more than what I paid in rake? But that seems very hard to do.

I would not expect any of your personal circumstances to have any impact on the crediting. Whether you win or lose, deposit or don't, should have no effect. I also was not credited for any today, and this is true for a couple of friends who have also sent in a number of requests going back many weeks. I'm not saying you will get credit eventually, but I expect that you will. Unless there has been a change in policy that directly contradicts their terms and conditions, withdrawing more than you rake will not have anything to do with the requests for credits.

I had to have gotten credit for some that I sent in early September...just FYI...that being said it was only 10% of what I sent in that month.
