100, 200 and 500 NL. Been on Global since the beginning. The number of tables are way down and so is the fresh blood. Have to play multiple stakes just to have enough tables.

What are you playing?

I randomly got an email that all of my envelopes were rejected. After pressing CS for reason why they stated my envelopes were posted in a different state than I live in. This hasn't been an issue for the past year but suddenly is a problem. I live within 10 minutes of two different state borders but no idea why they would suddenly be posted differently. Just a heads up to others that may live near state borders.

David can you please help with this?

This is a relatively new requirement that they recently added. I live on the border of 2 states and did some research into the USPS mail processing system (interesting subject, actually) and found that the mail from my town and many others in the area gets processed across the border due to consolidation in the mail distribution centers. The closest post office that sends mail to an in-state distribution center is actually about 30 minutes away. Annoying but not the end of the world. Either way, good for people to know as they can reject envelopes for this based on the new rules.

I received the same exact thing, but after 10 emails back and forth to customer support, they will not even tell me what specifically was wrong with them. They insist on linking me to the rules, even when my email says do not link me to the rules. Super tilting and frustrating.

I also recieved this email, got rejected to the tune of about 50 all at once. I guess the gig is up before I could get a piece of it. This is the first time I've ever sent in more than 1 a month, well there goes $25 in postage. I guess the only thing that could have been wrong is arbitrarily bad hand writing.

It's probably where your mail gets processed. Even if you put it in your mailbox in one state it may be processed in the next state over.

I talked to my local post office today. Apparently they can postmark letters from their location if you ask them to. If they didn’t hate me all ready, they’re about to...

How was your issue resolved super quick ? I sent PM to David Lyons and both he and Global Poker customer support seem to be ignoring me at this point. They will only say that my envelopes were rejected but can provide no reason so that I may correct future entry requests. A bit of clarity from them or David here would be extremely helpful.

Hi, I have sent in a few letters the past week. Wondering how the rollover is calculated. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You'll find out if they ever credit them. They're 2 months behind at least.

They aren't behind by 2 months, they're on last month's batch right now. Currently takes mine about 4-5 weeks to be credited. They seem to be all credited on the same day for many people, as in they count the batches and say 'ok on the 15th everyone gets their money' and it seems to be bimonthly? from what I can figure out.

As for rollover, they seem to be 1x rollover but not in the traditional sense. They never use that term in their conditions, their rules state that 'Any Sweeps Coins won from Table games' can be withdrawn. I haven't done the testing to figure out if that means just go all in once or if that means only what you win is withdrawable but regardless it goes by pretty fast when you're playing PLO/NLHE

How many envelopes did you send in?

I have envelopes from every single site they have that have not been credited from 7 weeks ago. So yes, they are. They haven't finished August yet.

I know about Chumba, Global and Fendoff - what is the 4th site they have?

Have you found the benefits better at any one of them?

The only benefits to the other sites is their rules change after Global's. I got 600 letters off to chumba 1 day befor e their rules changed to the notecard insert. Fendoff is the worst they only give $2 per letter/notecard and a waste of time.

So this is 2 weeks since last manual adjustment... is it looking like the manual adjustment schedule is trending @ 3 weeks, currently?

I can’t speak for anyone else, but it was about three weeks (8/23 to 9/11 to 10/2) the last two times they credited people. I don’t think there’s a set time frame. The first few I received were all less than 2 weeks apart.

Hi,

I have had trouble getting my sweeps requests credited that I sent back in August. I have contacted customer support several times, but they always say they are "processing" the request or looking in to it. I noticed that some of you were helped by David Lyons. Could you please give me advice on how to contact him? I only sent in 10 requests as an initial try to see if this actual works.

Thank you.
