Eh I believe so. Play through requirements always confuse me, but they are very easy to hit so play some nl10 or a few more tournaments and you should be good.

Just received my money in PayPal. Despite the little hiccup, everything went smoothly once again.

Requested $450 at 12:55am, pending approval. Will update when approved and in PayPal.

I was happy to find a site like Global Poker to fill my thirst to play online poker. Almost remind me of the days before black Friday. I sent a request to authorize my account to be able to request cash out yesterday . I sent the required documentation like a drivers license and utility bill but so far all I received was an auto message that they will respond in a couple of hours. So far nothing. Before I deposit more funds I would like to know that I can received my funds in a timely manner. Has anyone from the USA received any cash out from Global poker?. I sure hope so because it would be fun to get back in the game.

Thanks

Merry Christmas!

cashier works great, its far and above the best thing about the site and that they have to offer. I'd guess you will have your $ today or tomorrow.

There's a thread dedicated to this with hundreds of successful cashouts mentioned by users. Very easy to withdraw and very quick for a US site.

Glad to hear about your positive experience, and as Rutledge pointed out we have a threaded dedicated to this topic. Welcome to Global, see you at the tables!

Thanks for the positive feedback. How long does Global Poker customer service usually responds to authorize accounts for cash out. Right now I do not have enough funds to cash out but I thought I have my information process ahead of time. I guess I am thinking positive that I will build up my funds enough to be able request a cash out. Is there a customer service phone number that is available ?. Again Thanks for your feedback!

No real customer service phone number. They are in Australia and I doubt verification takes place over the weekend. Once you are good to go, put a request in at dinner time and wake up to it in your PayPal for breakfast. The verification should be done in couple business days.

My username is RN2019. I tried to do a cash out on December 11, 14, and 16 and have sent my verification in 4 times, and still has not been approved

The good news is you are posting in the right place. The global reps tend to be in and around seeing these posts. Let me know if you have heard anything by tomorrow and I will send a PM on your behalf as well.

Requested yesterday, received ~15 hours later.

This sentence does not make sense.

If you are trying to tell a new poster that the reps often post in this thread, you are mistaken. There has not been a GP rep post since 10/18. To tend means to "regularly or frequently behave in a particular way." A absence of two months is not tending.

If you are truing to tell a new poster that GP reps monitor this thread, you are correct. Joey has stated that the reps "read this forum daily and take everything on board." But to read this forum and not respond is futile.

Not sure why you are straw-manning my statement.

I in no way intended for the word "seeing" to mean anything but what the word means. I don't know how "seeing" could imply "responding". And I would expect any reasonable person to understand that. If I said "The Global reps always respond to this thread" I can "see" your point. But that isn't what was said. Don't twist the words.

Furthermore, I would completely disagree with you that the reps "seeing" something and not responding is futile. Live in your ivory tower if you wish, and believe that everything written here deserves a response. But if they "see" a thread that needs a global rep's attention and then go to make sure the person is taken care of, isn't the desired result achieved?

I'm having trouble cashing out. I believe I need to verify my account but how do I do that?

Take a look at this thread

Despite its somewhat condescending name, it is actually a pretty good walk through

Actually going to cancel this one myself and build from it.

I requested my first cash out and only my ID was accepted. My address on my bank statements does not match because I have moved addresses after I signed up for global poker.
This has not been a problem on any other poker site.
I need to talk with a representative. I sure would hate to lose the amount of money I have on this site.

I actually moved during the process of my first cash out as well. Unexpected moving costs, good times. All that to say, you will need to have something that matches your ID, and if you don't have one yet, because you haven't received one yet (like no bills to the new address) likely you will need to wait until you can provide that evidence. Once I could provide the correct documentation, the process went smoothly there after and I haven't had any trouble since then.
