Don't know why there was a delay, but approved and funds received this morning.

I've literally made 40+ cashouts (cashout almost every day), so I think they have me on auto process or something now because every cashout since has been instantly approved.

What game to you play so I can stay away. After an email to customer support I was approved about 5pm est and paid about 5am est. Little over 24 hours all together. Not too bad. I was worried because I got in deep before I won and would have to move a lot of funds around but luckily I didn't have to do that.

I'm trying to cash out and since i made two accounts its not letting me. I made the second account because of a misunderstanding. I've emailed support and told them about my second account before I made more deposits. they said they would give me a one time courtesy and deactivate my second account. So I made more deposits and won a little bit of money. the problem is though i keep getting an error message when I try to cash out.

After I hit cashout and fill in my information for the first time and hit enter it says. " there is a problem creating your account. Please contact us on [email protected]."

I have contacted support about it and the last representative told me to delete my cache and cookies and that should fix it. it didnt fix it so I emailed him back and he said to try a different web browser to cash out and it still didn't work. I keep getting the same error message. I've even tried on three devices and three browsers.

I deposited more money because support told me I would be able to cash out . I haven't been able to cash out and its been a week. please help.
Also my account has already been verified

Problem solved by customer support.

First cash out was in my account 24 hours after I sent in my docs.

PLEASE HELP!
Ive deposited $5k for some long term betting, decided it was a mistake so I played a little and wanted to cash out
Got my request denied because they told me I need to bet/put at stake 100% of my purchase before cashing out!!!!
This is insane and it was never specified anywhere before my purchase, I looked into term and conditions and it doesn't mention anything about this!
Now support is totally ignoring my emails!

I'd say every poker site in the history of online poker sites has a play through requirement prior to cashing out. This is not unusual. About it not being in their TOC then if true you have a case.

sucks maybe yeah but its actually super easy to do a 1x rollover in poker. just play for a couple sesh and cash out

Yeah, but playing $5000 worth of betting takes a long time for someone that plays 20-30 minutes every other day...

did you deposit when the $5000 deposit option got you $5100 sweeps cash? I did, and I emailed support asking about this very issue. I was given the same info (1x playthru). it took me literally 2 days to accomplish this playthru. I ~6 tabled for about 3-4 hours max in order to do this. 6 tabling at 100nl full-ring and above it should take you 2-4 hours I would say. obv if you 1 table it will take longer, however this is still not some giant hurdle. if you can afford a $5000 deposit, and have done one before, you should think that there might be a play thru requirement. sites aren't in the business of being your personal money laundry. personally, I would just bite the bullet and accomplish the play thru.
