GlobalPokerADmin please help #8085112 thats my zendesk ticket number im trying to find out what documents will suffice for verification? Hate to find out how long after i actually submit these ill be verified....

There has to be some underlying reasons why the verification processes are taking so long. It's been a week since I submitted my bank details and there are many others in the same boat. I've been playing online since 2006 and have never run across or seen the problems with verifying as I have here on Global. And I have played on probably 15-20 sites. Maybe it's lack of personnel. Who knows. No telling how much $$ it is costing them from people just saying "Screw it" and never coming back.

How quick were they compared to bank cashouts. Just the approval to get the gift card.

Also I only see $250 max withdrawal per Coinbase gift card. Is there a higher amount we can get or not?

I got the gift card codes in two days, adding funds to your coinbase account is easy. The highest amount I seen is $250 also, I had to do two different ones.

I tried it as well, got it in 2 days. Too bad its only in $250 increments so the option is kind useless for the most part. Just checked and coinbase is gone as an option. Wonder if it'll be back.

It's been nearing a month now. I gave you my Passport, facial pic, and then they said I needed something with my address, so I sent a pic of a letter from my health insurance, and still nothing. I'm beyond annoyed by now.

I see that your response came in on Friday and the team hasn't picked it up yet due to backlog. I am told that our verifications team is required to work overtime due to incoming volumes of tickets across all brands, that's why we have delays, apologies. GP Admin I put in a ticket 22 days ago to update my bank account information. Ticket number is #7974381 I was ok waiting because there was a Coinbase option on gift cards that is no longer there so I need my information updated can this be escalated with it being 22 days now? Thank you in advance.

Hello GlobalPokerAdmin,

I try to verify my bank account and the support can't see my replies for whatever reason.
I always get the following message
"We are contacting you in line with your Global Poker account.

We confirm the receipt of your bank details and bank statement. We are now in the process of verifying your account and upon checking, the address on the ID submitted is different from the one registered in your bank statement.

For us to complete your account verification and for documentation purposes, we need you to confirm your current physical address.

Thank you for your cooperation. We're looking forward to your next reply."

I replied instantly and I got the following email next day:

"We would just like to send a gentle reminder that it has been 24 hours since we last heard from you.

Please follow the link below to review and update your request:

They never get my replies or don't read it.
I can't communicate with the support and I don't have access to my money. Such a joke.

Can I use Skrill or is there any other way to get my money?

One possible suggestion might be to use a prepaid card account, which is technically a checking account and has a routing number and an account number. All of this would be in your own name.

Some prepaid cards are care free wrt the source of funds. Some are strict. It varies by company. I will DM you the one I use and why.

Prizeout gift cards needs to up their game. I'm sure crypto exchanges would gladly have their GCs listed on their even with 0% bonus.
Also make the max at least $500 per card for those. Currently 0 of those are available. The mybitcoin one or whatever doesn't count since they charge uninformed people some ludicrous fee %.

They already have my checking account information, as I have cashed out several times in the past. But this was my first after a couple years away, and now they say they dont accept cash outs to "trust accounts". I have a regular B of A checking account so Im not sure what they mean by "trust account".

Does your bank have it's own wire room or so they use another bank to receive the wire and then a "for further credit to" line.
