I was about to make a deposit, but if I can't cash out, that would be foolish.

So it's not enough to have a drivers license and bank account, (where the money comes from)?

A photo of you holding your drivers license and a utility bill copy also?

I had that request from another site and they simply stated the picture of me holding the drivers license wasn't clear enough and declined my verification. I am not keen on going through that again, so I'll just stick with sites that don't require that.

Have cashed out with Global before, last one was October, and they were always pretty quick. After cashing out this last weekend, some of the posts here had me a bit concerned, so here is my experience.

Cash out Requested: 03/03
Approved: 03/05
In Bank Account: 03/08

I've been trying to verify my account and am running into problems. I verified my name/address/bank account info separately but I keep getting told I need a bank statement that shows all of these in one which I cant do as my bank account is new and I have no statement. Can I get some help here please

Has anybody from Canada had any luck with the cashout verification from Global? They are telling me I need a US bank account? I sent my dl and utility bill now they want more stuff? I havnt withdrew any funds there since they offered paypal. Help please.

Hi, my name's Exit Sense on Global.. I requested a cash out on 2/21 and all my bank account / verification information was accepted.

I still haven't received my money to my bank despite Global Poker's history saying that I've been paid for $601.95. Can someone please help me out? After bringing up a support ticket no one has helped me either.

The ticket # is 2940077.

they responded, a speedy 5 days later.

The response was priceless. First of all, my utility bill was sent to them over a week ago.

The first 3 emails also explained that I moved and the addresses won’t match. Rather than address this in any of their previous candid responses they decide to wait until the end of this process to frustrate their customer (who’s clearly already frustrated) even more by asking for another email explaining why there is a discrepancy in the two addresses.

Unbelievable.

I requested a cashout 1/24/19. Was told it was processed 1/30/19 after they had all my bank info. Never received cashout. Followed up and support said two different times during February, "be patient, sometimes our processor holds funds for a few days". March comes, still no deposit. Twice I submit a support ticket and get no response. Finally today the responded to my last request and say, "sorry, our records show the process was sent" and basically tough ****.

Luckily it was the last of the money I had on there and it wasn't meaningful to my life but the principle of it makes me mad. Never had a problem with paypal cashouts but If you have money on there I'd be nervous.

my bank account info
a picture of me with my id

and a picture of me holding a utility bill?

@fraylight it sounds like you have a weird situation where none of your info matches. how did they know it was someone elses card if it was prepaid. id be pissed too.

Just to clarify, you can't deposit in Global Poker. You are buying Gold Coins and getting free $weeps cash to play with.

We require any government issued ID, proof of address and a nominated bank account which you will need to redeem any prizes. We ask for additional requirements when your account is flagged.
