I requested a cashout 1/24/19. Was told it was processed 1/30/19 after they had all my bank info. Never received cashout. Followed up and support said two different times during February, "be patient, sometimes our processor holds funds for a few days". March comes, still no deposit. Twice I submit a support ticket and get no response. Finally today the responded to my last request and say, "sorry, our records show the process was sent" and basically tough ****.
Luckily it was the last of the money I had on there and it wasn't meaningful to my life but the principle of it makes me mad. Never had a problem with paypal cashouts but If you have money on there I'd be nervous.
