I have already called and verified that my bank has not denied nor received any deposits. I’m not on here to bash Global.. just want answers.. I put atleast 40 hours into your site weekly, throwing in plenty of rake, and I feel this could be resolved within minutes of solid effort from one of you two.

Both recent cashouts are significant 4 figure amounts. Global poker, please magically make my deposit go through on a banking holiday so I can go plunk it on the WSOP ME

That’s just as fast as PayPal. As long as the games don’t deteriorate bc of the switch I’m happy with Worldpay.

Ten ****ing days is significantly worse than "not great".

My last cashout was requested 6/17, not paid until 6/29. And I am getting the runaround again:

Cashout requested 6/29.
Still pending approval 7/4.
Then what, five more days before it hits my account? Totally unacceptable.

As of yesterday since Jun 28 I've had 1 pending cashout and 3 that have been approved. This morning the first two have been changed to paid but still no money of course.

My cashout requested on 7/1 and approved on 7/2 says "paid" in my account but there are no funds.

My $17,000 ACH withdrawal was approved on 6/27 and just switched from "approved" to "paid" today yet no money in bank acct. (Excited to see the status progress at least). Obviously it may not get deposited today due to the 4th but I'll update if I don't see it by the end of day tomorrow.

Support keeps referring to a $500 June 29th transaction was paid when I am referring to a June 12th one that is approved and not paid. Cannot pull enough teeth to get support to understand lol. Think I should have made the second cash out $502 so they understand.

ACH is a well used method of transaction in the financial community. Once approved - and approval should happen very quick for those who are already verified-, it should take no more than 5 days to fund to an account (most types take around 1 to 3 days). This is based on information you can freely look up on the net.

Personal observation time:

Considering World Pay is a multinational corporation, I would think they could service their accounts via pass throughs to avoid foreign banking fees. In fact, I would recommend that Global set up some kind of system on their end to supply money stateside without those fees. Particularly as they seem to only cater to US players.
