Please Global, im begging you, make a tracking system for cash game results, I think i am missing funds out of 5 or so of my last 10 sessions, while this very well may be just paranoia I have been trying harder to pay exact attention to my funds ( its hard when you 6 table cash with auto top off) . Its honestly atrocious in todays day and age to not be able to at the bare minimum track our results....

Trust me you don't want hand tracking. Just turn off auto top up. If you get stacked it auto pops up a reload option and you have plenty of time to click OK. It allows you to keep track of the money in and out. Then you just need a simple spreadsheet or notepad. I multitable and it's not hard. Also I eliminates any suspicion about your balance which I had before I did this

Should not be necessary, there should absolutely be a way to track our results, period!

OP isn't asking for hand tracking. He is asking for his total balance being tracked. It doesn't have to give away any info about opponents, which I agree we do not want.

It should track everything. Cash tables, SNG entries and wins, tourney entries, re-buys, add-ons and wins. Plus show you the date and time all of them happened. That can't give away info away about competitors but would go a LONG way in making sure Global can't point out the fact they are on the up and up with the financial side of things at the tables.

I think I have a simple fix splayaa, I am living in Vegas and have been playing on WSOP.com, and have noticed that while playing cash games they show your total in your bankroll + whatever you have on tables, meaning at any point you can double check

I like that idea and would love to see it implemented on Global, but I would still want to see a history of what I have done as well. I don't even expect them to keep it forever (although they easily could). A month is plenty, and I can write down what I see as pertinent.

Man i think it happened again.... uggg im so paranoid now

the answer is you don't realize how often u lose 5 bbs and it reloads. its easy to remember the 50+ bb hands you lose, but its very easy to forget about defending, then calling a bet, and folding turn. now space that out dozens of times over 4 tables during a 4 hr session, and its pretty easy to lose track of your BR. sometimes ill just add up what i have on my tables and check the lobby to see what my acct is at, takes very little time and keeps you up to speed on how you're doing.

I have tracked my cash play via a spreadsheet and manually topping up. I 8 table typically, and it's very easy to do. But the reason I'm stating so is this: I have never had my account balance be off when my session is finished. It's always been accurate to the penny. This is a sample size of about 16 months of play.

Not saying it could never happen of course, but my fears of it happening were curbed long ago (and I still track my session results anyway). Anyone who doesn't track this and is claiming their balance is wrong all the time, is just wrong... of that I'm sure. Likely for the reason sirswish says.

If you are paranoid the solution is simple. Either stop playing, or start manually topping up and tracking your session until convinced there's no missing money, then you can go back to your auto top up if you want.

TO BE VERY CLEAR: I'm not defending the fact Global doesn't have an audit-able account balance tracking. I believe they should, and quite frankly shame on them for not getting this done sooner. I'm simply sharing that I have never had a balance problem from cash game tables over a large sample, and if you think that YOU do, then instead of making posts here complaining, take steps to verify it for yourself.

I also track my balance manually and haven't ever noticed a problem. I have been doing that since 2/15/17. Although I don't 8 table like gluten, I am not that serious or that good at poker. I also don't auto-top up. And I haven't had a balance issue either. But I would encourage people who are concerned to find a way to track things.

I have suggested it before for other topics too, look into the open source application ShareX. It allows you to make screenshots and more importantly screen recordings. I get that this isn't as things should be (above you see me say Global needs to fix this) but it does give you a way to KNOW for sure everything worked as expected AND gives you evidence to make your case to Global if something goes wrong.
