Personally, I don't like it either as many have explained. My main issue with it is, I am not giving GP my routing and account #, it's just not gonna happen. I don't even give my mortgage company that info. It's not safe. Period. If someone has my account info for depositing, then they have the same info for withdrawals.

So, what are the options for cashing out now? I think many have asked and haven't received an answer, (unless I missed it), can we still use PP for withdrawals?

Also, why the re-verification? That's ridiculous. So someone has to send GP a bank statement showing all of their pertinent account info, charges,, etc? No way.
Couldn't agree with you more. This is basic cyber security, not even Security+ certification level, I mean, very basic! I suggested earlier in this thread, to Joey in a PM, and to their email support that if they added paper check the player base would likely be happier. Ridiculous that it'll take 1-2 weeks to get my funds, but at least I'm not giving out my banking information. I remember receiving checks back in the day when Cake poker was a thing (it's no longer a site, right?!) and never had issues other than waiting on the snail mail. Checks aren't an ideal solution but they're better than the alternative in my opinion.

Agreed, hopefully this does not make the recreational population die down too much, I was just getting into online poker and starting to enjoy it, I feel bad for you guys that have been playing since post BF, ****s frustrating.

No, as Joey said earlier, WorldPay is just a payment processor. They aren't a middle man in the sense that Paypal was. You should (emphasis on should) get the funds direct deposited in your bank account.

I got into a beef a while back with Global and only have a few hundred left on the site. Glad it's not life changing money. Hopefully you and the Jared's out there don't have a significant roll locked up on there. The longer we go without answers the scarier the situation becomes.

ah ok, thanks

I do have a good amount on the site but surely less than the 10/20 cash players.

Gatton2019 did say his worldpay cashout has already been "approved", so I guess we're waiting on him to tell us when the money is actually in his bank account.

It seems like they basically foisted this option onto regulars and left PayPal for randos and fish.

I guess it's a pretty smart way to do it, regs are more likely to jump through whatever hoops to continue playing than a fish would. But it's odd to me that ANYBODY would still be allowed to use PayPal if that is no longer supposed to be an option whatsoever.

'Normally' what happens is the payment processors sweep accounts once a week. A business runs all their transactions and then has it setup that the paymenta for a block of time, Saturday - Friday as an example, get swept in one shot. They use the float of funds for extra vig. Not a clue how Global has it setup, but WorldPay is no small company, they handle all of Ladbrokes business and many others. For those that are forced to contend with it, the delay and deceptive verbiage in that goofy ass email is a royal pain in the ass compared to overnight in Payy account. Oddly enough, WorldPay also takes PayPal cards.

So Joey has said that the "majority" of player base is still using PayPal. Has there been ANYONE come forward and say that they're still able to deposit/withdraw using PayPal?
06-14-2018 , 07:25 PM
Cashed out $9k via PP yesterday.

I told them I don't have a bank account I want to associate with online gambling and if they can't send my money through paypal then I'll take a check.

I'll update this thread when they respond.

Sophia, my favorite. She is never helpful!

So...are they saying you can't win prizes then?

I like that Sophia includes the line saying "Should you need further assistance."

I was just gone a few days due to new job, I have cycled thousands of dollars in and out via paypal why has my option been removed? I am kinda glad I withdraw all my winnings in fear of another "black Friday."

That's EXACTLY what it's going to do, just that. Rec's are going away as soon as it's time to reload.

Well, I didn't ask to be on the new one and I want my standard version of cash out back please. GP is just pushing us away from you as customers, you see that don't you?

Nobody wants cashouts that can take a week.

Please bring Paypal back to the people you've forced it upon.
I'm fine with testing Worldpay once or twice, but I pretty much already dislike it for several reasons. One of them being the fact that I haven't received my cash-out yet.

Thank you.

Well, if you’re a winning player just make withdrawals everyday so there won’t be much delay between payments.

Edit: Nvm disregard my last statement because it really depends on how fast GP can approve cash outs so you can make continuous withdrawals.

Just tried to make a deposit via world pay. It wouldn't let me and the reason said refused?
06-14-2018 , 10:17 PM
Cross-posting from the cash out thread, but wanted to let you all know I received a PP payment in just over 24 hours after making a request yesterday evening.
