Well you can make withdrawals using Worldpay or deposits with Worldpay. You have a plethora of different options now.

yo i never say anything on forums. cause i am thankful for profits where they are. however, i am forced to use bank info when i went to cashout. there is a 3-5 day wait in my email from them... i went from getting paypal within 8-24 hours to now waiting a week.. and it was offered as a extra way to deposit and withdraw not the only way. and your forced to right after you use palpay to fund the account this is terrble. i wouldnt have put money on if i knew it took a week to get it off as other sites can pay instant not a week later.. what is going on down there???? make poker great again wtf is this. i am so displeased at globalpoker right now went from 11 out of 10 to 1 out 10 to me. fix this or ill be leaving soon. im sure others will also.. good day sir.

DEAR GLOBAL POKER im not intrested in worldpay i had no problem using paypal for cashout. i should have been advised of this before a cashout.. if i can i would only like to use paypal for my withdrawls. also there is huge negative feedback in the community about this move. please cash my money out regularly thank you.

there was one more email telling me i had to then they approved within hours but also said it will be 3-5 days again. make poker great again!

One thing I want to clear up is around the reverification of documents for customers making direct purchases with Mastercard and Visa. My understanding is that you should only have to confirm your bank account details, not reverify your whole account. I will follow this up again. If somebody tells you otherwise please refer them to my comment or send me a PM and I will try to handle for you.



Also, regarding the delay in responses. You are correct, we have been inundated with emails of customers having their say since this process started. You are not being ignored and nobody is on a 'Do Not Respond' list. The team are working through the enquiries. Please be patient or send me a PM if I can be of assistance.

Why did you say that world pay was in addition to PayPal when everyone is being forced use world pay.

If you are adding world pay as an option, I should be able to choose do I want PayPal or world pay.

If you are replacing PayPal with world pay then I should not be able to make a decision.

Which is it?

I am a Canadian with accounts in both countries. Is there a currency conversion fee for Canadians? Do not know which account I should provide because I get a better fee than the banks from transferwise.com

It's a bit of a pain in the ass, but you can get a PayPal Visa card, NetSpend, Neteller, or any prepaid card that is reloadable and get the bank info. Go to their website and look for the direct deposit info. It will have the ABA number and your direct account number. You can receive ACH payments that way. I believe you can attach your PayPal account directly to it, too.

If only Global had a group of people capable of dealing with the public. They could have sent out all this information on the congratulations email notifying you that your option has now been assigned to something few US consumers are aware, yet have probably used many times.

Worldpay converts most currencies. I believe it is set at midnight UTC, so if there is a big swing in currency market, you can request one or the other, or should be able to.

Essentially what's happened is Global moved from San Francisco to Malta and is basically the same as every other crap "US legal" poker site now. Extremely shady business practices imo.

Same here. The gaming experience at global poker just took a dump. Imagine if the site shut down? Pretty sure the actions would be the same, no direct answers, little to no response and money gone forever?
